People often ask who is behind Uthrive. The honest answer is a small family on the Central Coast of NSW: me (Danny), my partner Kath and our daughter Summer. No big drinks company, no boardroom. Just us, a crew of people who back us, and a drink we genuinely believe in.

Where it started
I'm a full-time firefighter. Long shifts in real heat taught me what I wanted from a drink, and what I didn't. I wanted something simple and natural I could grab from the fridge on the way out the door. I couldn't find it, so between shifts I started building my own: Lake Deborah salt from Western Australia, real fruit and nothing artificial. That drink became Uthrive.
Then Summer arrived
2026 brought the biggest change of all. Becoming a dad changed how I think about everything, including what goes in our fridge. When you're running on broken sleep, working shifts and chasing a little one around, you start reading labels more closely. You want fewer ingredients, not more. That's exactly why we started Uthrive in the first place.

Built by a family, for families who get out there
Kath leads our content and digital brand, which means a lot of what you see from Uthrive comes from her. Our kitchen table is our boardroom, and Summer is our toughest critic (she mostly wants the can).
