Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide from New South Wales via Australia Post.

Orders placed before 12pm AEDT on business days are usually dispatched the same day (excluding sale periods). Otherwise they go out the next business day.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on Australian orders of $200 or more (order total after discounts).
• Standard shipping $14.99 on orders under $200.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your location. See Australia Post's estimates: domestic delivery times.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 30 days of purchase and we'll resend it straight away at our expense. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, email us and we'll track it down.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale customers order through our wholesale portal. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
