What is Uthrive?
Uthrive is a lightly sparkling natural hydration drink made with real fruit and real salt from Lake Deborah in Western Australia. No added sugar and nothing artificial. We're a small, Australian owned business started by a firefighter.
What flavours do you have?
Passionfruit, Orange and Pineapple, in 355mL cans. Each box has 12 cans of one flavour. Shop all flavours.
Where does the salt come from?
Lake Deborah, an ancient salt lake in Western Australia. The salt is certified organic. Read about our salt.
Does Uthrive have added sugar?
No. There's no added sugar and nothing artificial. Any sugar comes from the real fruit. You'll find the full ingredients and nutrition panel on each product page.
When is the best time to drink it?
Whenever you like. Our crew grab one before a shift, a run, a gym session or a hot day at the beach. Serve it cold.
Orders and shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide from New South Wales with Australia Post. We don't ship overseas yet.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $14.99, and larger orders ship free. The current free shipping amount is shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 12pm AEDT on business days usually go out the same day (except during sales). Delivery time then depends on where you are. Australia Post's estimates are linked in our Shipping Policy.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Sorry about that. Email danny@uthrivedrink.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll resend it at our cost.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Unopened products can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for the details. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Stocking Uthrive
Can my business stock Uthrive?
Yes, we'd love that. Gyms, studios, cafes, health food stores, recovery centres and workplaces all stock Uthrive. Apply for a wholesale account at uthrivehydration.com/pages/register. Once you're approved, wholesale pricing shows automatically when you log in.
How do wholesale orders work?
You order and pay online through your wholesale account, any time. Wholesale boxes are 12 cans of a single flavour, and one box fills a single fridge row. How to order wholesale.
I already have a wholesale account. Why am I seeing retail prices?
Make sure you're logged in to your wholesale account before you add anything to your cart. Wholesale pricing only shows once you're logged in.
