Shipping and Returns

Returns policy

We want you to love your Uthrive. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit or an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Returns are processed within 1 to 3 business days of the product arriving back with us.

To start a return, email info@uthrivedrink.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll take it from there.

Please note the customer covers the cost of return shipping. Please use a tracked postal service, as we can't be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

If you bought Uthrive from one of our stockists, please contact the store you purchased from.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged products

If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 30 days of purchase and we'll resend it straight away at our expense.

Change of mind or exchange

If you change your mind, we'll offer store credit. Products must be unused, undamaged and returned within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping costs aren't refunded, and store credit is issued once the product reaches us.
