What's in Uthrive? Every ingredient, explained

1. Carbonated water

The base of every can. Lightly sparkling and easy to drink mid-session. Why it is there: hydration starts with water.

2. Apple juice (from concentrate)

5. Lake Deborah salt

Certified organic salt from an ancient salt lake in Western Australia. This is where our electrolytes start. Sodium is the electrolyte you lose most when you sweat. From a lake, not a lab.

6. Chicory inulin

A plant fibre from the root of the chicory plant, for a soft, smooth finish. From a root, not a chemistry set.
